The Jewel
Unimaginable made to be imagined,
the impossible born into being possible,
How? dear one? can it be? for we have never seen,
except in gemstones and ancient tree rings.
Can humans be The Jewel, oh wise fool?
Consider The Jewel, made of many glimmering facets,
Each facet like a cell in the honeycomb,
The cell complete unto itself, unquestionable 'being'
It divides and redivides itself,
until it is surrounded by mirror-like-crafted facets,
holding delicately and delectably the honey of the sacred universe
within its invisible walls.
It's formation happens quite naturally.
A simple wish by one uniting with another,
their diamond essences reflecting each other in halcyon clear awareness
for birthing the never before,
sprung from a spark of delight,
sprung swirling sweetly in reverence,
where nothing is left to be some separate solution,
for I am the eagle and nest,
the tundra and the thunder.
what's left to wonder of 'I' and the 'other'
The gem of The Jewel grows grandularly,
whole beings feeling drawn to add their facets
like juicy ripe red pomegranate nuggets,
until the same Jewel is now a community,
an icosahedron, yet still The same Jewel,
and now more power surges forth,
as the pomegranate facets number in twinkly multiplicity...
the fiery facets fire each other in inspired innovations,
jumbo jumpin jayas, and marvelous sensations.
The Love continues the same as long as The Jewel remains.
A lonely human soul is never again to do it alone,
once her effervescence instills her true being.
She is now to share her fullness with the fullness
in commune with the community. She delights
in the facility of creating with ease,
with the round table of diamond facets,
blinking their offerings to each other,
in Jewel magnificence.
Joy increases.
Expansiveness never ceases.
An exhale of Ahhhhh
An inhale of Hmmmm
And never too soon!

Anani is known as the Voice Enchantress for her unending passion for chanting. This passion ignited when she followed her heart to explore India at the age of 28, where she joined throngs of thousands to a sacred pilgrimage to Amarnath in the Himalayas. There she joined her soul companion for the next twelve years and together they dedicated their lives being in service at an ashram (a place of reflection and spiritual practices) in India.
During that time Anani served on staff in a myriad of roles. Helping to organize an International School. Directing Children's Programs. Leading meditation gatherings. Caring for the Deer and Peacocks. And joining in community to assist with any projects from gardening to cleaning bathrooms for the throngs of guests.
In 1995, Anani shifted to public life, where she served as a teacher in public schools and a life coach in Houston, Texas. For the next ten years, Anani studied human transformational education in an attempt to first find groundedness for herself and then for others. Along her journey she pilgrimaged with 300 people to the Synthesis Dialogues in Rome, with his Holiness, the Dalai Lama, in 2004. His message of encouraging humans to connect to their true values and come together on that common ground, deeply aligned to her heart's desire.
Simultaneously, a new awareness of the Divine Feminine came to her. She realized it was again time to leap into the Unknown. She resigned her role as public teacher to devote to following her new purpose. Anani leaped into a dream she held hidden within herself her entire lifetime. Creating The Jewel Community, a sustainable living community where people's inner gifts and resources are reflected in the world with love. She expanded to southern Spain in 2006, where her journey began. Her first published spiritual memoir, The Journey of The Jewel, is Anani's account of her 3 years following inner guidance without knowing where money or resources would come. A journey of Trust in the Invisible Realm and strengthening a belief in Herself.
In September 2010, Anani launched The Journey of The Jewel, along with her new music cd, Principe Lullabye. Her next project is to write a screenplay for the musical version of The Journey of The Jewel. As of January 2010, Anani resides in Texas. She is currently working on a magical science fiction novel and studying visual artistic expression.
